At Primozone, we’re committed to customer satisfaction. We offer customized service and support agreements as well as agreements with local service contractors to offer you fast and reliable support.

The service and support agreement includes options such as:

  • Remote supervision
  • On-site assistance
  • Storage of critical parts on-site

The agreement covers the complete ozone water-treatment system, including the following:

  • Ozone distribution module
  • Ozone injection system
  • Ozone destruct module
  • Oxygen generators

A revolving service and support agreement with Primozone guarantees up to 20 years of ozone generation.
